Have you ever needed help with a problem and had no idea where to turn? Perhaps you faced a job layoff and were looking for resources to get through a rough time. Maybe you wanted to arrange for mobile meals to be delivered to an elderly parent or needed to find an after-school program for your child. United Way’s
2-1-1 service offers an easy to remember telephone number that can connect you with a wide range of important community services.

While not all telephone or cell phone providers at present link with 2-1-1, you can access the same information about services in the community by contacting United Way’s information and referral agency, Northwest Missouri Community Services. Their direct number is (816) 364-1131.
